Founded in 1998 by Annabel Bowlen and a group of like-minded community leaders, the Cherish the Children
Guild raises funds and recruits friends for Beacon Youth and Family Center. Each year Guild members produce
the Cherish the Children Gala – one of the hottest tickets in town. This annual event raises much needed funds
and awareness for the children and families Beacon Center serves. Guild members are also involved at a hands-on level collecting everyday
items such as gloves, scarves, school supplies – that teens need.
Over 300 members strong, the Guild continues to grow with its annual membership brunch held each fall. If you would like to be a part of this
