COMMUNITY/HOME-BASED OUTPATIENT SERVICES
Beacon Center recognizes that troubled kids are not raised in a vacuum, but often react to and reflect problems that originated in the home. Our comprehensive approach to treatment looks at the entire family and works with not just the teen, but other family members individually or as a group. Licensed M.A. level therapists hold weekly in-depth sessions with the youth and family. An assessment is taken, a plan crafted with a menu of services, including independent living, teen parenting, After Care, and DUI counseling chosen according to the needs of the invidual.

PRIVATE COUNSELING
Private care offers individual and family counseling on a fee-for-service basis. The goals and modalities of private counseling are the same as those of residential and community care – to assist the individual through a comprehensive, individualized service plan to build a healthy, productive lifestyle.

RESIDENTIAL CARE
Beacon Center maintains residential treatment centers in Southwest Denver. Youth who live in one of the the homes receive an individualized service plan designed specifically for them featuring substance abuse and mental health counseling by licensed therapists. While residing in the home, they attend a fully-accredited school, including a variety of cultural and recreational activities.
